      It isn't that the entire Bank of the West financial institution is dysfunctional; it is primarily the Garden City branch. I have been a customer of Bank of the West for many years and have had many positive experiences with branches in Colorado and Wyoming. However, anytime the Garden City branch is involved, it becomes a nightmare. I think it really just boils down to that it is in Garden City. Bank of the West needs to do themselves a favor and just close the Garden City branch and never look back.

      Absolutely worst bank ever. A $35 overdraft fee PER transaction that makes your account negative???? That’s ridiculous. Why do banks charge people without money more money even thought they know they don’t have money? How is that ethical?
