      Terrible customer service. I walked in to open a checking account with zero customers in the bank or in the drive thru. There were 3 bankers chatting in the office about their weekend and the teller told me they were too busy to open an account and I needed to schedule an appointment. I guess your weekend was more important than my business.

      This bank deserves zero stars. The representatives don't want to work with you face-to-face, if they are even there (as the bank chooses to close on random non-holiday days and stay closed for several days on end). The bank's ATM, which you must use to avoid service fees, constantly eats cards (I'm on my 5th this year already) and only can only be retrieved when certain employees are working.... DO NOT BANK HERE! Also, there is no help from the call lines or phone numbers listed....
