Very nice personnel from bankers to tellers side. Great mobile payment reader that came with my business account too! Today I had a third party isuue and the bankers and branch manager went the extra mile to help me prove the proper dispute for my case to be escalated to the Resolution center as should have been from the start with the third party. Thanks for the patience with us, understanding and helping me out with that dreadful call to them, much appreciated!

I have been with this bank for 20 years there online service is bad I called my local branch for help she said I'm with a customer right now and hung up on me great job bank of the west I will be closing my account

The line is always super long the tellers are extra slow and I always have fees popping up in my banking account checking and savings constantly, its free, besides the random fees they charge you
