      They take your payment out of your checking twice and refuse to pay it back for 10 days. They claim they just can't put it back. I have never been late on a payment and they treat you like dirt. Everytime I call I get a different answer, it's their fault!

      Paynesville bank of the west is the worst bank. Very rude management. I have 2 banks and always issues with bank of the west never a issue very helpful and courteous. I would high recommend not banking at bank of the west in Paynesville!!!!!!!!
