      Our family and business have banked here for 17 years. They are so friendly, helpful, and attentive. I missed going in to the bank during the shutdowns, as they are a friendly face in a busy world.

      The new manager Scott was un-helpful and unpleasant during our very first communication. Seems like this branch does not know how to retain the great staff members that they have had (noticeable staff turn over in the past 6-8 years). Our family has been a generational customer and after this interaction we will be banking else where. Hopefully another bank entity can move into Niwot and help the long term/Family customers. Poor Service BOW Niwot!

      I love being lied to by employees. Someone who is not on my account was able to withdraw money from my personal checking. They said she had my account number which is not possible. And they cant do anything to prevent it from happening again other then being aware she's not on my account. Shouldn't that have been the first thing they did?? If she wasn't on my account why did they let it happen in the first place.
