      Working through the process of a Reverse Mortgage with Mr. Mace Kochenderfer was a wonderful and educational experience. He was professional and informative every time we spoke with him. He patiently explained and walked us through the entire process. Unfortunately, just a couple of days before our closing my husband passed away. Mr. Kochenderfer was very supportive and understanding of my situation. He gave me the space I needed and was right there for me when I was ready to move forward with what we had started. I am thankful for the opportunity to have worked with him, and I would recommend anyone to contact him about a Reverse Mortgage. It definitely was a great decision. Thank you Mace!

      Ms. C, Between the changing HECM max claim amount, evacuating your home literally 3 hours after the home was appraised, reinspection of the property to verify it wasn't lost in the New Year's Eve fire, second appraisals, catching Covid, and the unexpected loss of your husband, I can't think of a more stressful period of time. Fortunately with the support of your wonderful family and friends, you rolled with the punches. Even though you clearly are a strong person, I hope you're given a break and have peace of mind for many years.
