      I am totally disgusted with this bank . Poorest service I have ever experienced. I live in Jubliee and went to this bank few days ago to get smaller bills to give money to my grandkids. Had $100 bill and needed change. Thought that as it was close to my home ; a good place to get change. This bank refused to change my $100 bill because they said since I didn’t have an account there. I would NEVER deal with this bank again. Totally rude unreasonable staff. Never heard of a bank refusing to change CASH. Would be different if I wanted to cash a check but CASH. What a terrible place. Run from there : don’t do business there Went to NM Bank and Trust by Starbucks and they were polite and gave me change with no problems. Totally professional people. Don’t like to see businesses get away with bad service!!!!

      Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes the 1 teller she was very rude unprofessional. I like botw but I'll never go to Los Lunas branch ever again!
