      The lobby was closed so all banking was being done at the drive up; the tellers were very patient and helpful.

      One of the worst banks I ever been with . Can't release my funds in a timely manner had to wait 84 hrs after a deposit . That is completely BS. Then on top charge me 35 .00 everytime I make a deposit and because it's under . Trying to get it above but it's complete robbery .from it's patrons and not telling people bout the fraudulent check that was coming in . That was not authorized is wrong stop helping scammers and help your patrons .

      I would rate this bank zero if I could, I had a fraudulent transaction on my account so I called and disputed the charge and requested a new debit card to be sent, during that time of a new card to be mailed and received I called to activate the new card and found out my account was closed and charged off to collections, this is completely against best practices and my account was not used as I was waiting for new debit card and unable to make a deposit due to not having a working debit card as I reported mine being used fraudulently and there business hours to make an in person deposit as they close at 3pm due to staffing, I am at work during the time they open and close!!! Completely unacceptable especially with a dispute going on!!!
