      I recently was interested in getting a loan and came across Advance America. I had a few questions I needed to clear up so I called them and spoke with Connie. Connie was extremely friendly and confident over the phone that it convinced me to go in person and apply. I’m glad I did because the total staff exceeded my expectations. Mr. Mack was the gentleman who processed my application and he was extremely professional, quick, efficient and knowledgeable. During the process Mr. Mack also was training a new hire. The New hire also was friendly and chimed in on conversation and seemed no stranger to providing great customer service. Although Mr. Mack processed my application, Connie was also present and was just as welcoming in person as she was over the phone. I most definitely 10/10 recommend anyone interested to go specifically to this location. They answered any of my questions and encouraged more if I had any.

      The girls there were nice and helpful. But this is more directed to corporate. I was in there office at iunch time on June 3rd. Here it is June 6th,past 6pm and still no deposit. This horrible service and this for an emergency and now I am screwed. I was told by end of business day the 3rd. Then corporate lied and said it would be deposit by 6pm today. Never again. So frustrating.

      This was My first time coming in! It was a quick and easy experience Thanks to Morgan! She was awesome ! She was still in training but managed to walk me through everything step by step no problem! Good Job Morgan! Keep it up! I forgot her trainees name…but she trained her well! Very welcoming environment!
