      Has poor processes for minimizing social distancing. Upon entering bank there are squares on the floor six ft. apart directing you around a curve towards and into a waiting line for the tellers. The last 15 ft. are so are roped off to be about four ft. wide by caution tape. Fine. But when you exit, you have to go back past anyone waiting in line face-to-face. Difficult to believe. When I couldn't hear a teller, he took off his mask to talk to me. While waiting in a chair later to deal with the new accounts person, two tellers had taken off their masks. One was singing and cleared her throat.
