      Its a good bank but i think they need to be more friendly. Even the manager has this stern look always. One teller an east asian lady is always smiling and interacting with everyone though. So i usually prefer meeting her when i go there :) But work is done professionally so i like coming here.

      A staff full of prudes. cold and unfriendly. Been banking since 2015. Mortgage is almost paid off. Can't wait to kick BoW to the curb. These guys will always be the bottom of the barrel
