      Bank of the West use to a nice Bank till it got it's State contract for G.A. and Welfare safety nets and now a lot of stealing and disrespectful to senior citizen.

      Here's the deal: the people at this particular branch of BotW? Great, friendly, helpful. I actually like my local branch. However, BotW is a God awful banking institution and I could never recommend anyone bank with them, no matter how nice the footsoldiers are. I've been defrauded twice in 6 months, and both times BotW fraud failed to detect it and notify me. In both cases my account was drained and a massive headache was caused for me. Screw BotW.
