  This bank has always taken very good care of me. I have been with them for several years now and I really enjoy working with the staff on Antelope Drive.

  I have never had such a poor customer service experience as I did with Bank of the West. 45 minute wait times when calling in to people not knowing what is going on. I had a car lease through BOTW and I called in for a pay-off in early July. they gave me the amount and I sold my car and made the pay off. I called 3 weeks later only to find they gave me the wrong pay off amount and I still owed $60. I paid that immediately and she said she would send out the title. a couple weeks later I called agian. (45 min wait plus) only to be told i needed to talk to the title department. (30 min wait), they proceeded to tell me it would take another 2-3 weeks to get the title. meanwhile the people that purchased my car cannot get another extension on the temp registration and now can't drive the car. still waiting for my title. 9-14-20. sold my car and paid the supposed payoff amount the second week of july. it is ridiculous the wait times 30, 40, 50 minutes. what a joke
