      I always get great service here and have a great experience. I’m always helped and my questions are always answered. They’re kind, professional and knowledgeable always willing to help me out. I like this location.

      1st complaint- sent an email in their contact section of website. 3 months later, still no response. 2nd complaint- Plan on a 2 hour hold time if you need to reach customer service. Office closes at 5pm. I get off work at 5pm. 3rd complaint- they offer a one time $35.00 fee reversal per year. I asked for this fee reversal for this year as I ran into tough times and they said I had to wait one more month to reach the full year since I had the last one. Really? No exceptions? Wow!

      We moved from the area and have been trying for six to eight months to close our account there. They have given us the run-around. The branch says we need to talk to corporate, and corporate says we need to talk to the branch. They've been charging extra monthly fees because we don't have enough in the account because we are trying to close it. And each time the monthly fee is charged they cancel our attempt to close it. Don't open an account with this bank because they will never let you leave!
