      Went to cash some bank of the west check from a client and apparently they charge $10 per check to cash their own check. Just dumb.

      I bank here. I'm very frustrated with this bank because their ATM, wait, I mean their ONLY ATM in Bakersfield doesn't work properly, the enter button on screen doesn't work most of the time, and I'm sure they know about it, but it doesn't get fixed. That means I have to use a different bank ATM and I get charged $3.50 on both ends so 7 bucks every time I use an ATM to withdraw money, and Because I get paid daily and withdraw that pay usually daily I'm getting charged $7 every day to get my money out of the ATM, all because they won't fix their ATM at the branch. I would go inside the bank except that I work graveyards and don't get time to go inside the bank because they're closed when I get there. Hopefully bank of the West management will see this and deal with that ridiculous machine that will not accept the enter button on screen or the manual enter button either.
