  Let me tell you about my banking experiences... First, I started with the "establishment" banks, (BofA, Wells Fargo, etc). My finances were meager in those days... oh let's face it, their always meager! But back then I lived but a paltry existence and only needed my bank to hold my money until the various creditors came to stake their claim. However, what they did was often misplace my deposits and then refuse to credit overdraft fees once they were found. I also soon realized that, with the large, corporate banks, anyone who pulls in a less-than-six-figure annual salary would get more attention if they were reading Hamlet to an ESL class. Then I found Bank of the West. What a relief. They took me through the process of changing bank accounts in easy-to-understand terms, something the Corporates would never do. They helped me decide which banking product would work best for my situation. Best yet, they issued me a Check Card (one that serves as an ATM and credit card in one). The large banks felt I was too high risk (because of my small income) to give me this most convenient device. Even better, when the bank notices that my pattern of use with my check card exceeds my normal usage rate, they will call my phone to verify the purchases are indeed mine! That's so awesome! This bank is ever-friendly, ever-helpful, and will be my bank for as long as I am banking.

  CUSTOMERS ARE NOT APPRECIATED..LONG WAIT, NO WELCOMING CUSTOMERS, OR AT LEAST LETTING THEM KNOW YOU'LL BE TAKEN CARE OF AT "THEIR" EARLIEST CONVENIENCE..2 TELLERS OPEN,NO CUSTOMERS HELPED FOR 15 MIN WHILE THEY DID COMPUTER WORK..
