      The teller is very nice. It's the ones in charge. It is very annoying that the drive through is often closed. Sometimes they even close during the lunch hours. I dislike this bank. Don't bank here.

      I want to give this bank more stars, but they are continuously under staffed. If you have a HELOC with them be sure to follow up that they close it otherwise you will be stuck with fees and an open account even if you don't own the property anymore. They also have few branches and are not open on Saturday so be expected to come during only business hours and allot an hour minimum for in person assistance. I would recommend calling in advance because if they are short handed they will close the office and only do transactions from the delivery window.
