      I've been banking here for years and have multiple business checking accounts. Everyone here knows my staff and family and treats us very well. Joann Miller is amazing and goes way out of her way to always be helpful.

      This is the worst customer service bank experience. The front door said closed back at 3:00 pm Arrived back at the bank at 3:10 and a new sign was posted said back in 30 minutes. Please see photo the sign doesn’t indicate when the 30 minutes would be up. Now 30 minutes is up and a teller comes out and said it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. There has been multiple cars drive up and leave During this 40 minutes. Time is money and this bank appears to not focus on customer service. I would not count on the availability of this bank.

      Everyone here cares deeply about their customers. From the branch manager Joann, to all of the bankers/tellers (Trey, Jamie and Nick), they go out of their way to make sure you are getting what you need and are always happy to see you! I love banking with them!
