      Local Beatrice branch is always very helpful and friendly. They genuinely seem to appreciate your business. Just wish that the national "customer service" center and corporate side of this bank followed suit.

      We had been customers for years, like 10-15 years and always thought we were getting a good interest rate until I started reviewing our account in 2019. After reviewing what we were getting (.01-.02%), compared to what we were supposed to be getting (.02-.12%), we were really upset. After the 2019 event and being able to get in and close our account a couple of months ago and I can't be happier to finally earn an interest rate higher than .12% on our money. Friendly tellers for sure but the hours don't work for those of us who work full-time and they don't pay anything on their accounts. I'd give them a 2.5 but that's not an option.
