      I love this location close to work and home I love banking at this bank

      Sent my letters saying to " update my records " and I tried to call several times, but nobody picked up. When I returned to the states. I received a letter and a check giving me the notice they closed my account. I did a loan with your bank 0 missed payments, always on time. And you cannot return a phone call, and send my businesses money in a paper check that could have easily been lost. Treat me like a piece of garbage. Well your bank is garbage. I'm reporting this as well, and I'll share my experience both domestically and abroad to never bank with BNP Paribas or Bank of the Garbage west.

      This bank has made it nearly impossible to do business with them. They are rarely open and absolutely never open for hours they’re convenient to the rest of the working population.
