      totally tired of the ATM being out of order frequently and having to wait when inside the bank because there is only one person that can help with transactions! only one branch in the desert area and as we live far from the location it is really unacceptable!

      Bank of the West froze my debit card at the repair shop, cutting me off from my car until the bill was paid. I came to the branch today to resolve the matter, and was told to call the 800 number. I then sat for an hour on hold in their lobby while they either did other work or attended to other customers. I closed my account, and everyone in this branch should be ashamed of themselves.
