  I was an inexperienced Pawner. Trying to purchase a home in 7/2020 and short cash about $5,000. I live down the street from Rickys Palm Springs so I grabbed some jewelry and stopped to check it out. Well I just picked up my last few items yesterday. I was appreciative that this was an option available for a quick cash. I blame myself because I did not read my ticket and I did lose one piece, a gift from my grandmother, however she would be happy RIP that I purchased a home with her gift to me. Thank you Rocky’s for your help! if I’m ever in need again nice to know you guys were so easy to deal with and kept your word! #happycustomer #happyhomeowner

  As a rule, I usually don't write reviews but I have to give a shout out to the crew at Rocky's Pawn Shop in Palm Desert. Jess and Chris provide AMAZING customer service. They are knowledgeable about the jewelry they sell but beyond this expertise, they provide valuable insight into what makes for a fine piece of jewelry. I have purchased several high end pieces for my girl there, including a wedding band, and with each purchase they were able to help me choose something that I had confidence in. I've been to many pawn shops and jewelry shops over the years and always had that sick feeling when dealing with these establishments that I wasn't getting the best price or advice. But I can honestly state that this establishment and crew are the customer service kings in pawn for Coachella Valley. Now I don't like going anywhere else when I have a specific jewelry purchase need; it's only Rocky's Pawn Shop in Palm Desert because of the friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Thanks guys....sincerely. You have a loyal customer in me for life!!
