      Only known them a couple seasons but the staff at this BotW have always been professional and do their best to take care of everyone.

      DO NOT work with them for mortgages. The worst bank I have ever worked with. Not this particular location, but their national mortgage division. I probably wasted 20 hours of my life working with people that do not understand how mortgage origination works. Stay away.

      It's a bummer but you can't even call the bank anymore. It goes to a message that says call a 1-800 number that tries to sell you a bunch of scams. Its like they just gave up on doing proper business.
