We've had a really bad experience at this bank, we keep getting charged for random things that we shouldn't be charged for. It takes forever on the phone to get our money back. We had a credit card through here and they started charging annually without telling us... AFTER we had tried to cancel the account and they refused to refund the annual fee 4 days after they charged it when we drove out *from UTAH* to cancel the account. Lynn was helpful, everyone else we talked to just made us more frustrated.

Horrible! I had to call the Kremmling branch to help my teller look up the account I needed to deposit into. She didnt even try!
