      I have never had a bad moment with my Bank of the West. They are always courteous. They always explain their processes and protocols. I enjoy every visit.

      This is not the best Bank for sure. Definitely has the worst mobile online banking of any bank that I currently use. When you deposit a check remotely it always takes 10 days to deposit no matter what. Oh and when it takes them three days to figure out that Amazon has issued a return on your item, you know something’s wrong internally with this banking company so I’ll be closing this account🙄
