      Just the worst. Constantly having "security issues" and freezing your debit card without any notice or contact. Terrible customer service when you're forced to try to straighten it out yourself. Their customer service closes at 5:00. Who does that? So they shut down your bank account at 4:50 and then 4 hours later when you figure it out, (because no one from the Buncombe Road branch has even tried to let you know) you're just out of luck until the next day, because their customer service people leave at 5:00! So something that shouldn't have even been an issue at another bank seems to constantly be one at this bank. Save yourself the trouble and bank with someone else.
