I have been with this bank for many years. Their staff are always very helpful and friendly. The fraud alert is excellent, and has saved me money by catching unauthorized activity before I even knew it had occured. And I have never had any surprise fees that I have experienced in the past with other banks.n

I need a Bank that is actually open. Closed Friday, closed Saturday, drive-thru closed, inside close because of covid, no automatic remote deposit option on my business account, ATM deposit made a month ago hasn't been deposited yet. Constantly locking me out of my online account because I need to change password yet never sends a email or any messages via text or app to do so. I went with a smaller bank because I wanted better customer service, so much for that. I don't control when I get sent checks, and everyone wants to nickle and dime you for electronic transfers.
