      Today is the first day that I had stepped foot into a Bank of the Ozarks Branch, having previously been a C&S Customer. I had many questions and problems that I needed addressed and was feeling a little bit overwhelmed. The bank employee patiently took her time with me though and answered each and every question that I had. She then proceeded to address every single challenge with friendliness, grace, and a big smile. My only PROBLEM?? I forgot to get the employees name!! I WILL return soon tho, and you can bet that I will find out her name. BRAVO!!
