      I've been banking with OZK for years now and have not had one single problem. The issue here is that people give 1 star due to an inconvenience instead of giving a real rating based on the trouble they've had compared to the years of no trouble they've experienced. If you've had 5 long years without a single mishap and then experience one single event that upset you, does that really call for a one star rating... or should the 5 star experience go down to a 4 star? People want to experience perfection not understanding that the company is filled with humans who make mistakes from time to time. Keep up the good work OZK and learn from any mistakes made.

      I would give you zero stars if I could. Why would you start closing on Saturday?? Most people can't make it to the bank on weekdays.
