  I went to this bank because my job wrote me a check with them. The manager Tisha, and Teller Brianna and Dericka another teller was very friendly and welcoming. I decided also to open me up an account as well...i've never heard of this bank until today, and I'm so glad I stopped in here. I recommend 👍🏽

  Before recently relocating to the Metro Atlanta area from Macon, GA, I had formerly been exclusively banking with Credit Unions for the past 25 years. However, I decided to open an account with the Bank OZK Branch, located in East Point, GA. I have never been more satisfied and pleased with my decision. This is a full-fledged national bank, which has the feel and characteristics of a small town credit union. The Bank Manager and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend this bank to everyone. A special shout-out to Teller/CSR II, Cashmir Williams, for going the extra mile to make me feel right at home during my transition. Great job everyone!
