  The whole team at Bank OZK is there to help! I make manual deposits on an almost daily basis and Pamela, Dana and JoLynn are always friendly, competent, and do their best. On multiple occasions they have gone above and beyond this week to make sure banking is easy and hassle-free.

  I love Bank OZK! I have several accounts including business and personal accounts. Our service has always been stellar from everyone who works there! Our online banking experience has been flawless and they make it easy to open accounts for our different needs. The branch manager, Pamela, is professional, courteous and kind. Jo Lynn and Dana are as well. They make me enjoy actually visiting a bank - something I never thought I would say!

  The worst experience I have ever had with a bank. It took 45 minutes and a stack of paperwork to open an account, transferring money was slow and problematic, my account was red flagged several times for transfers and just difficult overall. After several months of frustration, I moved to a credit union.
