      I enjoy doing business with the Hancock Bridge Pkwy branch. The entire staff is always helpful and courteous. I have found this to be true whenever I've had to call corporate as well.

      Very poor service accuse me of abusing the system every time I turn around something goes wrong I will be looking for another bank I would not come here theses people don’t know what they are doing need tobe fired

      Essentially I've been with these Cape Coral branches for close to 16 years. In that time the branches changed hands three times. Bank ozk is the absolutely worst service of any Bank I've ever dealt with. I have been having significant issues with their online service, so I've been having to go to the branch and write paper slips for everything. To add insult to injury... When I do that the bank tellers are getting upset with me because I am doing so. I would not recommend this the Hancock bridge parkway branch or the Cape Coral parkway Branch to anyone. I definitely would never recommend Bank ozk for any services at all.
