      It has been always a horrible experience being a customer of bank of Ozarks. They have frozen our business accounts, won't talk to us, won't provide or mail us statements, won't respond or update us on our email inquiries. And their excuse is we are short on staff or Our auditor is swamped. It has been over 6 months. I have heard from hundreds of customers that they only respond if you report them to better business bureau. I would not recommend this bank to anyone, your money is not sage if you bank with OZK.

      If you need cash on the weekends don’t come to this place. Apparently this bank has absolutely no cash on hand on the weekends. They get rid of every dollar they have and relocate it just for those two days? Hm, seems strange right? You would imagine my dismay when I showed up and the woman told me that they didn’t have any cash at the moment. Save your time and go to Bank of America!
