  When it comes to dealing with actually issues, there is absolutely no one ever available to talk to. You need to get a loan , they say someone will get back to you; they never do. The tellers are nice , but other than that seems like this place is very lacking when it comes to business structure and actually providing a service. Dont ever let them tell you, "someone will call you back" never happens. So glad I only use this as an aux bank acct. and do my real banking with another bank.

  Not easy to work with, I went in with my sister(she has disabilities) and has had an account here since we moved her closer. Never had a problem on the account, we had a check come in with her maiden name on it instead of married name. They wouldn't cash it or deposit it. We had plenty of identification in both names, but the only picture ID was in married name. Instead of trying to work with her, even after talking to branch manager, that gets upsets very easy, we closed the account and went down the street and gave them over 10k. I think customer service is so Lost, Sad.... But it work out good for us. I think she's going to like New Bank.
