      Was unable to make a deposit at my local branch, as they have conflicting hours posted and it was hard to figure if they opened at 8 or 9. 4 stars bc of the inconvenience. Fix your sign, y’all. It’s not that expensive.

      Somehow 3 employees with no customers were too busy to talk with me. Waited about 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. Once I was able to start talking with someone, the information they gave me was unhelpful and frankly just seemed wrong. Afterward I wanted to make a deposit but again it was the waiting game.

      They are the best bank, what a bank should be. Other banks charge you just to have a checking acount🤔 And balloons for the kids are way better than suckers.👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
