  I do not recommend the Bank OZK branch in Sherwood. I went in, as a customer, to have paperwork notarized which is a service they allegedly offer to current customers to be told they can’t do it by the Branch Manager with no real explanation. I’ve since called three different OZK locations and all three different managers have agreed to notarize the exact form for me. Your Sherwood manager is very rude and I will instead take my business to a branch that knows how to treat customers with respect!

  I have tried to post this in detail 3 times but it keeps getting lost in space. So I'll keep it short. I was advised this am that my debit card was locked due to suspicious activity. Im thankful they caught it but here's the rest of the story. When I called as instructed I was told that their program was acting up and that they would call me when they had it working. They never did. Its now 10pm on Friday night. My debit card is locked. The bank is closed until Monday am, and THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO! I am deprived of all access to my money until at least Monday. If I didn't have credit cards or accounts in other banks I would be sol were there an emergency. To add insult to this assault the person I was able to talk to this am couldnt even speak clear English. This account is going to be closed. Before opening a replacement acct. I will first research to try to find one that has a US based customer service center. I understand that companies farm out customer service to cheaper locations but these people have my money! They should make sure I can understand who I'm talking to about it!
