      After a less-than-stellar experience at a Credit Union, and a down-right deplorable experience with a "big bank," I have been using and loving the service of my online-only bank. However, I was looking for something personal, something local. After over a year of pestering many people for their bank recommendations, I walked into Bank OZK to open an account. I was treated like a valued costumer, a human being, for the first time at a brick and mortar financial institution in 10 years. I cannot express how thankful I am to have discovered a bank that I feel I can trust.
