      Rude and unethical business practices at this location. I've reached out up the chain to express my grave concerns for this location and was provided bogus information by Talid Beatti. I anticipate filing a public complaint with the BBB and FDIC.

      I’m here trying to cash two checks so that I won’t have to wait 10 days depositing them into my bank. The staff is friendly but they’re unorganized and the simplest of transactions move like pond water. The teller pitched their business banking program but after this I have absolutely no interest in banking with Ozark. The entire experience feels like a scene from Andy Griffith…banking from the 60’s
