      So sad to see this institution fall apart. I have banked here since I was a child and in the last several years it has going completely down the drain. Poor customer service! I have had my cards cancelled without cause so many times due to supposed fraud, was never contacted, they have changed my address in their records multiple times without my request causing my info to go to the wrong address and when I try to resolve the reps argue with me and make me feel like I am completely to blame. You know what I am to blame, for continuing to bank with this joke of an institution.

I also want to let you know that we have a new feature coming to our mobile banking app called CardHub. CardHub will give you greater control over your check card and provide more transaction details, like the exact address of the store - it even shows it to you on a map. You will also be able to set travel alerts so your card isn't declined due to suspected fraud when you are on a trip. Again, thank you for the review. Customer feedback is the best way to improve - even if it can be hard to hear.
