  This bank is terrible. I called to do a wire to an account here because they kept returning it and charged me $25 each time. What a scam.......... If you are asked to wire money to this bank STOP NOW! IT IS A SCAM! I called the Madison branch on 7700 mineral point Rd, they know they are part of the scheme but are ok with collecting the $50.

  Hi Kyle, I’m sorry for your recent experience with your wire transaction. Per our charter as a correspondent bank, we are unable to directly assist the customers of our community bank partners with wire transactions. We do provide wiring instructions to community banks to help make the wire process easier for them and their customers, and if a bank’s customer calls us directly we have to refer them back to their bank for further assistance. When there is not enough information provided on the wire we have to return it to the originating bank.
