      The service has been okay. Polite. But we frankly have problems understanding the various dialects of the staff. We know that’s not entirely fixable. They just must speak slowly and distinctly. Please remind staff about this.

      I stopped at a nearby branch office in Madison Wisconsin and requested a replacement debit card as the magnetic stripe on my existing card was being rejected from time to time when attempting to make in-person purchases. I was asked to wait. 15 minutes later, I will still waiting. There was no effort to provide the replacement card as promised. I informed customer service staff of my intentions to return 45 minutes later to pick up the promised replacement debit card. I did return 45 minutes later and no one in the building admitted to receiving my in-person request that occurred only 45 minutes prior. Customer service staff claimed to never having met me and indicated that I never stopped in the lobby to make this request. This is ridiculously poor customer service. My plan is to change my banking relationship to a nearby community bank where I can be recognized as more than just a number and more than just a revenue source for a bank that doesn't even have headquarters in the USA. I recommend that you do the same.
