      The employees here are really polite and helpful. They know there stuff and are very willing to help. My husband and I have been with Banker's Trust for over fifteen years and he's been there for well over twenty with very few complaints. The only constructive advise I would give is I think this bank should look into investing in our youth and under funded communities a little more. Just saying.

      I felt the manager of this branch was extremely rude. I have over 35 years in banking holding the positions of Loan officer, Sr.VP, President and served on the board of directors of one of the banks. My debit card was compromised and was actually told I should have only used it at an ATM and not at other businesses. I am sure the staff is a reflection of their manager. SK
