Rotten and corrupt bank. Mainly this branch. False promises and inexperienced employees. Racism and favoritism brevant. Stay away. Go to another branch you will get more favorable results. Or call customer service. This branch should be decommissioned and all employees associated with it terminated. 🙄 what a awful 😖 shame 😢 😞

Came in to open an account today. Halfway through the agent told me she needed to go ask about something and that it had nothing to do with me and that her computer was having problems. She took a piece of paper from her desk and left the room for 5 minutes. When she came back she immediately told me I had not passed the banks credit check and they could not give me an account. No problemo, this happens all the time as I have a charge from 2006 from a now defunct bank that flags these systems. I've explained this before and been able to resolve this each time. I left the bank though. When it comes to a relationship as important and one between a person and their bank trust is paramount. Lying to my face in our first interaction about something so trivial is not a good way to start this relationship.
