      Worked with Donna. I really hope it’s Donna. (She was one of the managers) she was so great. With the COVID crisis. Helped me open savings accounts for my kids. Start tenant landlord accounts. All while me sitting in the parking lot. She wore all proper PPE. Including gloves and mask. I am very very happy with what The Agawam Branch. Thank you Donna. God Bless
