      Ever since they were bought out and teamed up with “customer care” they’ve become less hometown- more corporate- and entirely less competent. Everyone is riding the struggle bus over there- no one knows what’s going on- they change their policies every house- no one is on the same page- no consistency. Zero confidence is this institution. I refuse to carry a high balance in any of these accounts because I don’t trust them.
