They are very friendly and I've used Bank Plus for years. I'm very satisfied with the way they have handled my financial needs including checking, savings, and loans one of which was for a mortgage. However I am the overseer for my brothers affairs as he has dementia. When he was first diagnosed he started becoming overdrawn on his checking account and the bank was making a nice little sum on overdraft fees then he started borrowing more than he could pay back. Before I had power of attorney my Mom & I went in & talked with the loan officer responsible for the loans & he said he'd stop but he didn’t. We had to close his accounts there to stop the problem.
