  so crazy cant even walk into this place much less sit in the drive thru for 30mins to give them 100$ cash an break it down into amounts I want because I have no account with them although last Wednesday was no problem at all the bank teller changed out my 100$ in cash with no problem even offer and almost talked me into an account with region's an did her job so well but as I wattied today in line mind you it was very busy to open that account an do the exact same transaction I did last Wednesday I began giving my change to brooke the teller she was rude then ask if I had an account after I replied no everything and every question after that was no never even left the window to check its a bank what the hell never again region's bank great job it was completely in professional

  They will do absolutely everything they can to not help you when you have issues with your account saying there is “nothing they can do.” DON’T bother opening your account here, go to another bank! I promise it’s not worth it!
