      This branch insists I can’t use my signature on checks I’m depositing. They give me a hard time telling me they need to be able to read my name. I insist if they tell me how to sign it, then it’s not “my” signature. I’ve refused to sign with anything other than my signature and they’ve tried to tell me the check is going to get rejected and I’ll be responsible for any fees when they remove it from my account. I called corporate and they agree it’s wrong but the only suggestion was to go to a different branch because it’s not a Bank Plus policy. I’ve been a Bank Plus customer for over 15 years and we’ve had several loans with them but I’m switching to Hancock Whitney because Bank Plus has all of a sudden started to charge me $6.00 a month to bank with them. Bank Plus customer service is going downhill 😖.
