  I wanted to make a transfer over the phone to my landlord’s account because I’m out of the country and I need to pay the rent for when I come back and in banner bank Moses lake they could not help me because for that they said I need to be there or do automatic payment. I had been doing the transfer over the phone for over 3 years. I called banner bank in Wenatchee they helped me right away.

  The ladies that work there always seem so bothered, make me feel uncomfortable cause they are usually snooty! I've had my bank account there for a little over a year and I live the online banking, that's the only thing keeping me with this bank!
