  Complete trash after trying to open a new account I was denied because of an old charge of $40 on a closed account. Even if I pay they said they will not open a new account for me and that I have to wait 6 months to a year before I can reapply. If $40 is the deciding factor shouldn't I be able to pay this and open a new account? Simple fact that I wanted to open a new account and fund it with over $200 should be enough I'm disappointed and will not be coming back to this location or any banner Bank branch and I would urge anyone reading this to do the same there are low class low budget local bank that's no longer worth my time. Whoever is in charge of this company is doing a terrible job.

  They wouldn't exchange my 20 dollar bill for two rolls of quarters without an account. I just need quarters and every other bank does that.
